A. We have many years experience buying designer sunglasses - we buy at source, we buy in large quantities and we keep our margins low. We then pass those savings directly to you!

Q. Are your products authentic?

A. Yes everything sold by designervillage.com is 100% authentic, genuine and original. We purchase only from authorised and legitimate channels. 

Q. How do I know about your latest products?

A. We have a very quick turnaround on stock, so availability on specific brands will vary on a week by week basis. To keep up to date with our latest exclusive deals simply check our New Arrivals section. You can also subscribe to our email newsletter, which is found at the bottom right of every website page.

Q. What is The Outlet?

A. The Outlet is the place where we offer EVEN CHEAPER pricing. Sunglasses in the Outlet are normally factory seconds, so they may display minor cosmetic blemishes or missing a case or cloth (for example). But if you on a tight budget, the Outlet is the destination for the most extreme discounts available! Please note that the 30 day returns period still applies to all Outlet products, so you can buy with the same peace of mind.

Q. How much do you charge for shipping?

A. We offer FREE WORLDWIDE shipping. We send all UK orders via DHL next day service. International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked And Signed (there is also a paid premium express service for overseas orders). For more detailed info on our shipping policy please click here.

Q. If there is a problem with my order can I return it? 

A. We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase from designervillage.com. However, should you wish to return your sunglasses we will be happy to issue a full refund provided they are:

  • Returned in their original and unused condition.
  • It is returned within 30 days of purchase.

A. If you click on the “Currency” tab on the top right of the web site you have the option of selecting Pound Sterling (£), US Dollars ($) or Euros (€).
